Significant drop in fps when using game capture.

I was trying to record minecraft using game capture, and i noticed that when i record with a game capture source, or even just have one open in the source tabs, my in-game fps drops significantly from ~60 to ~20. Having scoured the internet for a fix, i saw lots of posts suggesting things, but most didn't work and the ones that did just alleviated the problem slightly.
If anyone seems interested i can post my specs in the replies
The recording is pristine and not laggy at all.

Please review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

An advice, don't use advanced output mode, keep it in simple output.
Restart OBS, use the Auto-configuration Wizard to get the best configuration you can get with your computer, selecting streaming as main use. You'll notice now you're in simple output mode. Do not change anything. Now, and this is important, restart OBS.
Do a test stream of no less than 30 seconds doing all you usually do. Stop the stream. Now look in help menu, log files, upload the current log file. Copy the URL and click on the Analyze log file button so you can see if any other common issue is present.

In the analyzer red and yellow are things to correct; blue can be left alone with the exception of Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler wich is recommended to be off, specially on old hardware computers.
