Seperate Audio Issue.

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with separate audio tracks in OBS Studio that started after a recent OBS update.
My recording setup has always used separate audio tracks:

Track 2 for my microphone
Track 3 for game audio (for Minecraft)

Before the update, everything worked correctly and the audio tracks were separated as expected. After updating OBS, my microphone track began recording the exact same audio as the game track. Instead of containing only my microphone audio, Track 2 contains the same audio as Track 3.
I have not intentionally changed any of my audio routing settings.

I checked:

my audio track assignments
advanced Audio Properties
confirmed that Track 2 and Track 3 are assigned separately
reinstalled an older version of OBS

After installing the older version, the issue became worse. I can no longer get the audio to separate at all.
Current settings:
Recording Output: Only Tracks 2 and 3 are enabled
Advanced Audio Properties:
Microphone assigned to one track
Desktop/Game Audio assigned to the other track
Track assignments appear correct and do not overlap

Am I doing anything wrong? Any advice would help.
